worth annoucing
another great dish by MOI!
don't ask me what it's called cos i have no idea. i don't even know which part of the pig it belongs too! i just found the easiest piece of meat that was sticking out of the fridge and looks nice to me. HAHA. i didn't follow any recipe of any kind, in case you're wondering. haha. it was all impromtu~
sean and i were hungry, my family's at the club and they're going to have dinner there and sean doesn't want to go down. i was bored and sick of playing solitaire, so i walked to the kitchen and thought,"
why don't i just cook?!" so yah. haha!
it was a bit salty, i think i added too much soy sauce in the beginning when i was trying to get the
just nice texture. my bad! haha.
i shall christian this dish! please help me decide which is a better name..
Sweet and Salty Pork or
Soy Oystered Pork!
ANOTHER SUCCESS! hurhur.
